This menagerie of different recipes was the perfect go to! Everything got so yummy, the pull apart was my favorite. The pumpkin flavor was very subtle but worked oh so perfectly with all of the other flavors. Once it's proofed, divide it how you want and freeze the portions you want to save for later. Put the dough in gallon freezer bags, one per section of dough. When you want to use it, you can pull it out and leave on the counter or you can defrost in the fridge then put it in a bowl to double. This will take around 4 or 5 hours, I'd guess, since the dough is chilled through and needs to warm up.

The other thing you can do is bake the bread however you want, then freeze it already baked. Just wrap it really tightly in plastic wrap, then foil then put the whole thing in a ziplock. The monkey bread is probably not the best for this method, but the other two should work fine this way.

Good luck, have fun!Kellyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03341825553830122060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4936888459255880771.post-70705642973649451222011-10-24T17:53:38.238-04:002011-10-24T17:53:38.238-04:00Abby - Ha!
